Burn, Baby, Burn

What has a population of 10,000, no stable monetary system, and more sex, drugs, and dance than the 1970s? No, not SoHo -- Burning Man. Now the organizers of the Burning Man -- a temporary city-cum-art festival in the deserts of the High Sierra -- have turned their attention to the plight of Generation Exile. Using their decades of logistical experience in organizing the extremely popular music festival, the Burning Man organization believes they can create a home for hundreds of thousands of people.

It is rumored that the organization is working with members of the New Pony Express to send word to nomadic groups all across North America, hoping to connect with refugees of all stripes. November 12, 2019 is the proposed date for nomadic groups to meet up at a location in Southern Utah.

A long-term Burning Man? Exile me, too!
