GEAS ASSESSMENT OF SUPERSTRUCT/OUTLAW PLANET
The superstructure response to Outlaw Planet is arguably the most diverse and complete of all of the superthreats. This likely reflects both the cinematic quality of the challenge and the recognition that the superstructure process is itself inherently in opposition to Outlaw Planet behaviors. In short, all superstructures, no matter the proximate superthreat, actually work against the spread and impact of Outlaw Planet.
The impact of work against Outlaw Planet on the survival horizon is, correspondingly, the most difficult to tease out. GEAS now believes that the Outlaw Planet-related superstructures may actually serve as a multiplier to the overall survival horizon benefits created by the other superstructure responses.
