    businesses and institutions such as the Biometric Consortium and the UK'sHuman Recognition Systems (HRS) have made great strides in developing the technology necesary for the implimentation of such a system, as well as establishing standards for biometrics that would allow businesses to develop universally adaptable biometric components for use with existing and future fianancial transaction hardware and software.

    In order to continue further research and development in this area, it will be necessary to recruit and retain top-flight mathematicians and biologists as a means of developing biometric criteria. Implimentation of the initial theories will require software engineers, advanced imaging specialists, and prototyping engineers to create working prototypes for the measurement of biometric information. SOcial scientists, brand specialists, trendspotters, and public relations strategists will be required in order to pinpoint and exploit the proper cultural entry point for the introduction and use of the product. End users and fucus groups will be required in order to test and refine the product.

    This superstructure will spearhead the development of next-generation biometric encryption. Biometrics markers can be used to encrypt an decrypt financial transactions, resulting in complex algorythms that can code identity, account information, and other sensative data to specific individuals without the possibility of the data being compromised by third parties with malicious intent. The individual becomes a living key to an uncrackable encryption code. The end result of the successful implimentation of BETA will be the re-solidification of our beleagured economy and renewed confidence in our financial institutions.
